KIS Seasoned Fritatta

This is one of my favorites dishes to serve for breakfast, I’ve found myself making it for lunch and dinner and it’s just as enjoyable and delicious. You can use any vegetables in this dish you like eggplant, squash, spinach, whatever you desire.BUt make sure you add our KIS Mother Cuckin Seasoning.¬† A frittata is basically an omelet with no crust.


9 eggs
1/2 cup tomato, (chopped and seeded)t
2 cloves garlic, (minced)
1 cup zucchini, or Broccoli (diced)
1/2 cup red bell pepper, (chopped)
1/3 cup onion, (chopped)
1 tablespoon thyme, (fresh, chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon KIS Gourmet Smoked Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon KIS Cracked black peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon KIS Granulated Onion
1 T Mother Cuckin

Preheat broiler.
In skillet heat oil on medium heat. Add pepper, thyme, half of the salt, half of the pepper, zucchini or broccoli, garlic, and onion. Cover skillet and let cook for 7 minutes. Add in tomato and cook an additional 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and eggs in a bowl. Whisk until froth forms and pour over vegetables. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Broil frittata for 3 minutes, flip and cut into wedges. Ready to serve! ENJO
