We love visiting other countries while cooking in the kitchen. Oh Italy. How stomachs love you, and hips despise you. You never leave tongues unsatisfied with your delicious dishes. This is what most people feel about Italian food, and we’re not talking about the generic, over-salted American-Italian food. We’re talking authentic, one-of-a-kind dishes that are unique in comparison to many Italian dishes we know and love.  Start with Fresh ingredients, fresh pasta which we will be posting my dad’s recipe and make sure you incorporate Keep it Spicey Gourmet Smoked Kosher Salt, Gourmet Smoked Black Pepper, Gourmet Smoked Granulated Onion and Granulated Garlic in all your Italian Dishes.  If using a recipe, make sure you add your own touch of a little something to make the recipe your own.
